This year’s freshly harvested Strata hops were flown in directly from Oregon from our friends at Indie Hops and were in our brew kettle within hours of leaving the farm! The result is an IPA that radiates with the flavor of ripe peaches and the distinctive fresh hop aroma that can only be captured in this fleeting season.
