IT’S HAPPENING!!!! 

After two years of quietly working behind the scenes, we are nearly ready to welcome you into our new taproom! 

For many years, the building next door to our current brewery and taproom sat empty. We had the amazing opportunity, and help from some incredible partners, to redevelop the building. This now means we can guarantee our future in downtown, the place that raised us, for years to come.

Together, with many amazing people, we’ve been rebuilding, renovating, and redesigning the space from the ground up. We are now just months (maybe even weeks!) away from opening.

Like our current taproom, the new space is housed in a building that's more than 100 years old. That meant upgrading nearly everything while carefully preserving the character and history that make these old buildings so special. Our efforts will result in a space that still feels like Pueblo Vida, just more comfortable and designed to accommodate more in this amazing community!

Here’s what to look forward to:

  • A bigger taproom with more room to relax and hang out with your people

  • More seating options that include booths

  • A much bigger bar featuring FOUR Lukr Side Pull Beer taps

  • A wine menu for those bougie friends of yours, or anyone who needs a gluten-free option.

  • Food! Yup, FOOD!

That’s right, we’re bringing in a restaurant partner, so you’ll be able to grab lunch or dinner and enjoy it right alongside your favorite beers. And we’re incredibly excited to announce that our restaurant partner is the creator of Anello. They will be opening an entirely new concept in the space, with plans to open in early 2027! Plus, there are unconfirmed reports that soft serve might be on their menu!!

And we’re not stopping there…

Eventually, we’ll also welcome a coffee partner for morning service. Our hope is to create a space that you can enjoy throughout the day, anytime you need a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

So what happens to our current brewery and taproom?

We’re staying right where we are! We’ll continue brewing in our current facility, AND our existing taproom will become available for PRIVATE EVENTS. This means you’ll soon be able to rent out the brewery for your very own…

Birthday! Graduation! Retirement party! Wedding! Rehearsal dinner! Company event! Or any excuse you can come up with to rent out the brewery and celebrate in a space you’ve been coming to for the past 12 years!

We’ve been working on this for a long time, and we’re incredibly excited to finally share it with you! We’ll be updating you on what’s happening behind the scenes. Stay tuned. We can’t wait to welcome you in!

Soon, we'll be opening the doors to something new. But before we do, we'd love for you to spend a little more time with the space that helped make Pueblo Vida what it is today.
