”Press” - IPA brewed with Great Western 2-Row, Great Western Brumalt & Mecca Grade “Lamonta” Pale Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-Hopped with Strata, El Dorado & Citra. Locally harvested Prickly Pear juice added post-fermentation. This is the IPA version of our “Harvest” Prickly Pear Pale Ale.

"Wunder” - IPA brewed with 100% German malts (Best Heidelberg, Munich, Wheat & Caramel Pils). Dry-Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Hull Melon & Hallertau Blanc.

"Entropy” -IPA brewed with Great Western 2-Row, Great Western Brumalt & Mecca Grade “Lamonta” Pale Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-Hopped with Amarillo, Galaxy & Simcoe
