”Stadt Bier” - Our take on a German-Style Pilsner! Brewed with Best Heidelberg & Vienna Malt. Hopped solely in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Patiently lagered for 8 weeks.
"Monswoon” - IPA brewed with Mecca Grade Lamonta Pale (Madras, OR) & Great Western Idaho Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe & Mosaic.
"Microburst” - Pale Ale brewed with Mecca Grade Lamonta Pale (Madras, OR) & Great Western Pure Idaho Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Ella, Simcoe & Mosaic.
