”Sedoso” - Lactose IPA brewed with Mecca Grade “Lamonta” Pale & Proximity Pilsner Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). The addition of lactose will create a hint of sweetness and a super full mouthfeel. Dry-hopped fairly aggressively with Citra, Strata and Mosaic

"Asterism” - Grapefruit Wheat Beer brewed with Mecca Grade “Lamonta” Pale & Pure idaho Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Hopped solely in the kettle with Citra & Strata. Conditioned on 30 gallons of fresh Grapefruit juice!
