”Senita” - Collaboration with Mumford Brewing (Los Angeles, CA) - Double IPA brewed with Proximity Pale & Pure Idaho Malt + Flaked Wheat & Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Strata & Experimental Hop ‘HBC 692’ - “Senita” is named after the columnar cactus native to The Organ Pipe National Forest in The Sonoran Desert!
