"Pseudotsuga" - West Coast Double IPA brewed with Proximity Base Malt, Pale Malt & C-40. Dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Crystal. This is the Double IPA version of our "Tsuga" IPA.

"Minimalism" - IPA brewed with Proximity Base Malt, Munich Malt & Flaked Wheat + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Nelson, Citra & El Dorado. The is the sibling beer to our “Maximalism” IPA
