"Threshold" - IPA brewed with Proximity Base Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Riwaka & Simcoe hops! This beer was brewed in collaboration with the University of Arizona - Climate Systems Center.
