Light, a little funky, and full of flavor. Saaz hops offer soft herbal and floral notes, while Audacia hops from our friends at indiehops add layers of berry, pomegranate fruit.

Barrel-Aged Oaxacan Sour Shortcut - Kettle Sour

A barrel-aged version one of our favorite releases, Oaxacan Sour! Inspired by a mezcal cocktail we enjoyed in Mexico. We brewed this with smoked malt to mimic the smokiness of the mezcal with an addition of Pineapple and Lime post-fermentation! Crafted in collaboration with our friends at Whiskey Del Bac!
