Have you ever wondered what people mean when they say a beer is skunky? Do you know what DMS stands for? Learn this and much more in our Off Flavor Class! Not only will we teach you what those terms mean but you will get to taste those flawed flavors in the beer! So if you would like to join us for an afternoon of educational beer drinking, well today is your day! We also promise to reward you with a great tasting beer to cleanse your palate!

The class will be on Monday, February 15th from 2PM-4PM and cost is $25 per person. It includes tasting 5 spiked samples of beer as well as a clean control pint. It is limited to the first 40 people that sign up.
