Salted Dark Chocolate "Patisserie" - Culinary Stout brewed with NW Pale Malt, Briess Chocolate Malt & Flaked Barley. Hopped in the kettle with Fuggle. Conditioned on Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt post fermentation.
