"Tokitae" - IPA brewed in the spirit of beers in the Pacific Northwest. Brewed with NW Pale Malt & a touch of Best Munich. Dry-hopped with Citra Cryo & Simcoe Cryo. This IPA will feature a more classic west-coast yeast strain, be more malt forward & showcase the old school citrus/pine hop notes!
"Chroma" - IPA brewed with malt from a new craft maltster each release. This release we feature malt from Admiral Maltings in California. Dry-hopped with Citra, Mandarina Bavaria & both El Dorado pellets & hash.
Raspberry + Coffee "Shortcut" - Kettle Sour brewed with Unmalted Wheat. Conditioned on Raspberry Puree and Guatemalan coffee from our friends at Yellow Brick Coffee.
