“Stadt” Bier - German-style Pilsner brewed with Best Heidelberg, Munich & Vienna Malt. Hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz. Patiently lagered for six weeks!
“Press” - IPA brewed with Proximity Base, Dextrin Malt, Flaked Wheat + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-Hopped with Strata, El Dorado & Citra. Locally harvested Prickly Pear juice from Cheri's Desert Harvest added post-fermentation.
“Rufous” - Pale Ale brewed with Proximity Base, Dextrin & Red Malt + Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms (Marana, AZ). Dry-hopped with Strata & Sabro. This is the Pale Ale version of our “Costae” Double IPA.
