12PM: Fantasma #1 Bottle Release + “Best of” Infusions Tapping: “Fantasma #1” is a mixed fermentation Saison brewed in May of 2016. Conditioned with multiple strains of Brettanomyces in oak barrels for 15 months. Bottled in August 2017 and conditioned for a further 3 months. Bottles will be available for onsite consumption and for sale to-go.
“Best of” Infusions that will be tapped include: Peach Tea “Spuds” Double IPA, Pineapple + Coconut “Solitude” Pale Ale, Orange Creamsicle “1” Double IPA & S’mores Porter
