1PM - "Aldea" Bottle Release & Barrel-Aged Beer Release

  • “Aldea” - “Aldea” is a Heritage Sonoran Ale that was brewed in the summer of 2017 with pilsner malt, spelt & both malted and unmalted wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Nelson Sauvin. We then put the beer into neutral oak barrels for 6 months of aging. Once complete, the beer was conditioned with Brettanomyces in 750ml bottles for nearly a year.

  • "Fassweizen" - Bavarian Hefeweizen aged in Whiskey del Bac barrels for 3 months

  • Barrel-Aged Breakfast Stout - Breakfast Stout aged in Whiskey del Bac barrels for 3 months

6:30PM - 4th Anniversary Toast w/ Pueblo Vida Staff

  • Join our entire staff for a toast to our 4th Anniversary with special pours of “Campo” Brett Saison (or whatever your favorite PV beer is) and delicious cakes provided by 5 Points Market & Restaurant

Saturday, November 10th

11AM - Taco / “MicheVIDA” Bar ($15)

  • Join us in the taproom for some tacos & a “MicheVIDA” bar! With the purchase of a ticket you will receive a plate of tacos + one pour of our “Vida Beer” Lager so you can create your own “MicheVIDA”.

  • Opportunity to purchase an “Aldea” Brett Saison Magnum through ticketed lottery

  • 16oz “Vida Beer” Can Glass included with the purchase of your ticket

12PM - 4th Anniversary Can Releases

  • “Ho’oponopono” - Pineapple + Mango IPA

  • “Strata” - Strata IPA

  • “4” - Strata + Galaxy Double IPA

4PM - “Shortcut” Station

  • We saved two kegs of our kettle sour “Shortcut” to infuse with some of the favorites from the recent “Shortcut Series”

Sunday, November 11th

10:30AM - Anniversary Pints & Poses Yoga Class w/ Jade Dotson ($30)

  • 1 hour yoga class (beer included) + Pints & Poses T-Shirt

  • We will be raffling off some awesome yoga items/classes at local studios for all those in attendance

11AM-6PM - Warehouse Party @ 901 S. 6th Ave

  • Food

  • Beer + Beer Slushies

  • Games (Ping Pong, Cornhole, Jumbo Jenga, etc…)

  • Music

12PM - Infusion Station

  • We will releasing some of our favorite infusions from the past few years in the taproom!

6PM - “Fantasma” & “Desert Gold” Vintage Bottle Release

  • “Fantasma” - Mixed fermentation saison brewed in May of 2016. Conditioned with multiple strains of Brettanomyces in oak for 15 months. Bottled in August 2017 and conditioned for a further 3 months. Only 40 bottles will be available from our cellar!

  • “Desert Gold” - Mixed-fermentation sour brewed with Sonoran White Wheat & fermented on local peachers provided by San Xavier Co-op farm. This beer was aged on peaches for 6 months & soured by a combination of the native yeast & bacteria on the peach skins and an additional dose of Brettanomyces. After time spent on peaches, it was transferred into second use Whiskey Del Bac by Hamilton Distillers barrels for an additional 8 months of aging we conditioned Desert Gold in bottles for another 6 months! Only 7 bottles will be available from our cellar!

Monday, November 12th

10:30AM - Coffee Tasting w/ Yellow Brick Coffee ($30)

  • Exclusive coffee tasting session with the owner of Yellow Brick Coffee, David Perreira. He will be teaching you how to hone in on flavor notes, and learn how to perceive coffee like the experts! Additionally, we will be discussing how we determine which coffee goes into our beer while tasting 3 different coffees.

  • One pour of a coffee beer & camping mug included with the purchase of your ticket

12PM - Wreath Making Class w/ Bloom Maven ($35)

  • Ticket includes wreath making materials and direction on how to construct a beautiful fall wreath + one beer

1PM - Maker’s Monday Kick-Back at Pueblo Vida

  • Join us in the taproom for a “Maker’s Monday” with some of our favorite local vendors!

    • Qmulative will be in the taproom sewing special Pueblo Vida pocket T-Shirts with a few of our past can designs and “Vida Beer” logo

    • EcoGro will be providing succulents and we will have some of our favorite 16oz cans available for you to pot them in!

    • Wooden Tooth will be set up in the taproom playing their favorite vinyls
