Momentum

Style: Pale Ale | ABV: 5.5%

Vienna Pale Ale brewed with 50% vienna malt and unmalted Sonoran white wheat. Hopped and dry-hopped with Nelson, Citra, and Ella. Expect a fuller body than most of our pale ales, with all of the hoppy goodness you’ve come to expect.

Tasting Notes: White grape, Kiwi, Sweet bread

Style: Imperial Stout w/ Coffee | ABV: 8.5%

brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Columbus and conditioned on 13.5 gallons of cold brew concentrate from Yellow Brick Coffee - This batch uses a unique farm-traceable coffee produced at Kossa Geshe in the Limu region of Ethiopia

An American Stout brewed with oats and hopped with Simcoe. Ethiopian cold-brew concentrate added from our friends at Yellow Brick Coffee

Style: czech Pilsner | ABV: 4.7%

brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt and hopped exclusively with Saaz. We recently installed an RO water filtration system that will allow us to make beers like this with softer water profiles.

Leftovers

Style: IPA | ABV: 6.7%

IPA collaboration w/ our good friends from Hamilton Distillers. Brewed in the spirit of a truly inspiring instagram account, @distilleryleftovers. On brew day we sparged with leftover second runnings from Hamilton’s mash, merging our two grain and water profiles. The beer was then fermented on staves from a leftover Hamilton barrel. Dry hopped with Citra, Ella, and Idaho 7

Fantasma #1

Style: mixed-fermentation saison | ABV: 6.9%

Mixed fermentation saison brewed in May of 2016. Conditioned with multiple strains of Brettanomyces in oak for 15 months. Bottled in August 2017 and conditioned for a further 3 months.

Tasting Notes: Barnyard funk, hay, lemon zest
