Pale ale brewed with malted oats and double dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra.

Style: Imperial Stout w/ Coffee | ABV: 8.5%

brewed with oats. Hopped exclusively with Columbus and conditioned on 13.5 gallons of cold brew concentrate from Yellow Brick Coffee - This batch uses a unique farm-traceable coffee produced at Kossa Geshe in the Limu region of Ethiopia

Pale Ale brewed with malted wheat and unmalted Sonoran White Wheat. Aggressively hopped and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Hallertau Blanc.

Tasting NOtes: Nectarine, Pineapple, Spicy Mango

Style: Barrel-aged Dark ale w/ coffee & Cascara | ABV: 10.5%

Imperial Dark Ale brewed with oats and lactose and conditioned in Whiskey Del Bac barrels for 9 months. Blended with a significant portion of cold brew concentrate from our friends at Yellow Brick coffee and further conditioned on cascara (coffee cherries).

Style: Table Saison | ABV: 4.2%

Keg-conditioned Table Saison brewed with unmalted wheat and spelt. Hopped with Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc.

Tasting Notes: Lemongrass, cracker, crisp

Fantasma #1

Style: mixed-fermentation saison | ABV: 6.9%

Mixed fermentation saison brewed in May of 2016. Conditioned with multiple strains of Brettanomyces in oak for 15 months. Bottled in August 2017 and conditioned for a further 3 months.

Tasting Notes: Barnyard funk, hay, lemon zest
