Style: Pilsner | ABV: 5.2%

German-style Pilsner brewed with a significant dose of American hops (Citra and Amarillo) and patiently lagered for 6 weeks. Look for slightly more hop aromatics than our more traditional German-style Pilsner, with the same crisp, clean drinkability.

Tasting Notes: Jasmine, Crackery, Crisp

Pale ale Ale brewed with spelt and locally grown unmalted Sonoran White Wheat. Chaotically hopped and dry-hopped with Galaxy, Amarillo, and Simcoe

style: Czech-style pilsner w/ Masa | ABV: 5%

Masa Lager brewed with a significant portion of Oaxacan blue corn nixtamalized and processed by our good friend Hubert of Madrean Fabrication and All Souls Tortilleria. Brewed in the Czech style with Saaz hops and extremely soft water.

IPA brewed with vienna malt and flaked barley. Hopped and dry-hopped with Nelson, El Dorado, and Mosaic Cryo. More is More.

Style: Pale Ale | ABV: 5.5%

Pale Ale brewed with specialty malt from Skagit Valley Malting, including their Pilot Pilsner & Talisman Pilsner. Hopped with a Convergence of our favorite PNW hops (Citra, Chinook & Cascade Hash). A beautiful showcase of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer!

Tasting Notes: Stone Fruit, crisp finish, cotton candy

Outburst

Style: Double IPA | ABV: 8%

The Double IPA version of Microburst. Brewed with malted oats and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Ella, and Simcoe.
