Style: American Stout w/ Coffee | ABV: 5.5%

Brewed with Midnight Wheat, Malted Oats & Chocolate Malt. Hopped strictly in the kettle with Columbus hops. This batch of Breakfast Stout uses a 2/3 Ethiopian to 1/3 Rwandan blend of cold-brew concentrate from our good friends at Yellowbrick Coffee!

Tasting Notes: Coffee, Roasty, Creamy

A Premium Southwest Lager brewed with Great Western Idaho Malt, Hopi Pink Corn & Flaked Rice. Hopped in the kettle with Hallertau hops.

4th Anniversary Double IPA brewed with Flaked Wheat, Unmalted Wheat & Mecca Grade Vienna Malt. Dry-Hopped with Galaxy & Strata.

IPA brewed with Northwest Pale Malt & Flaked Wheat. Dry-hopped solely with the amazing Strata hop!

style: Tart Heritage Sonoran Ale | ABV: 4.7%

A slightly tart Heritage Sonoran Ale brewed with Flaked Wheat & local Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms. Orange Peel & Coriander were added late in the boil to impart some classic witbier flavors. The beer was then fermented in neutral oak barrels with a belgian yeast.

Tasting notes: Citrus Rind, Dry Vermouth, Wet Autumn Leaves

Style: Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout | ABV: 10%

We aged our "Basic Space" Imperial Stout in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for over a year and then blended it back with a recent Imperial Stout brewed with Patagonia Black Pearl Malt & Flaked Oats.

Tasting Notes: Dark Maple Syrup, Molasses, Brulee’d Sugar, Dark Cacao

Style: Heritage Sonoran Ale | ABV: 7%

brewed in the summer of 2017 with Pilsner Malt, Spelt & Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms. Hopped in the kettle with Nelson Sauvin. After fermentation in stainless, we put the beer into neutral oak barrels for 6 months of aging. Once complete, the beer was conditioned with Brettanomyces in bottles for nearly a year!

Tasting Notes: Field of Honeysuckle, Wet Hay, Lemon Curd

Brewed with local unmalted wheat. Hopped with 80 pounds of fresh citra hops picked less than 24 hours before hitting the wort. Dry-hopped with Citra pellets
