Brewed with Midnight Wheat, Malted Oats & Chocolate Malt. Hopped strictly in the kettle with Columbus hops. We use Ethiopian Kossa Gesche cold-brew concentrate from our good friends at Yellowbrick Coffee!

Tasting Notes: Blueberry Coffee, Roasty, Creamy

Style: Culinary Stout | ABV: 6.5%

"Pâtisserie" was brewed with Briess Chocolate & Black Barley, Kiln Coffee Malt & includes a lactose addition. Hopped in the kettle with Cascade. Dark cacao & sea salt were added post-fermentation

Brewed with Pilsner malt from Admiral Maltings, Flaked Barley & Flaked Wheat, this version of "Marathon" is light, crisp and the perfect beer to enjoy after a long day!

Style: Tart Heritage Sonoran Ale | ABV: 4.7%

brewed with Flaked Wheat & local Unmalted Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms. Orange Peel & Coriander were added late in the boil to impart some classic witbier flavors. The beer was then fermented in neutral oak barrels with a Belgian yeast.

Brewed almost exclusively with grain from Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Oregon and hopped solely in the kettle. Kahraba’s grain bill includes 5 @meccagradeproducts, including: “Lamonta” (Pale Ale Malt), “Venora” (Vienna Malt), “Metolius” (Munich Malt), “Opal 44" (Toasted Toffee Malt) & “Opal 22” (Graham & Cocoa Malt)

Style: Heritage Sonoran Ale | ABV: 7%

brewed in the summer of 2017 with Pilsner Malt, Spelt & Sonoran White Wheat from BKW Farms. Hopped in the kettle with Nelson Sauvin. After fermentation in stainless, we put the beer into neutral oak barrels for 6 months of aging. Once complete, the beer was conditioned with Brettanomyces in bottles for nearly a year!
